Appointment Fine Print
- Your appointment preparation starts 7 days prior, when you stop taking OTC medications and supplements that might thin your blood (Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Naproxen, Fish Oil, Multi-vitamins). Blood thinners are not our friends: if you bleed too much the pigment will not be retained in your skin. Be sure you do not drink alcohol the night before, and don´t drink coffee or any other beverage with caffeine in the morning at the day of your appointment. Have a good night of sleep and prepare yourself to get at the office rested and hydrated. Do not overthink! No matter your skin type or age, we will find the perfect technique, shape and color that will fit your pretty features and lifestyle.
- When you get in our studio we will clean and sanitize your eyebrows area, apply numbing cream and cover with plastic wrap.
- While the numbing cream acts, we will have 35 minutes to perform a very informative consultation, including healing process, post procedure care instructions, pictures and paperwork. We will answer all your inquiries and advice regarding color and techniques. We will also schedule your next appointment (touchup)
- After filling all paperwork, we will make a custom sketch of brows with regular makeup respecting your features, bone structure and ethnicity. Upon your approval on shape and color we will go ahead and follow what you see and approved.
- Process shall be very doable, your skin may get pink but we will keep numbing you with anesthetic cream during the whole treatment. If you bleed, we will apply a numbing gel to stop the bleeding and turn your pink skin into normal again. Keep in mind all eyebrows will fade significantly in 6-8 weeks, that’s why we need to perform a second treatment to be sure it will look perfect at the end of the second appointment and healing process completed. We will make sure it will last for years to come.
