– Upon booking your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. The fee will be deducted from the total cost of your procedure, the remaining balance will be due on your appointment day.
– Your booking fee is no-refundable, no-transferable and can only be applied to the scheduled service for the date and time scheduled. Please be sure about your appointment day and time before booking.
– If you are unable to make your appointment, you MUST give a 48 hour notice to avoid forfeiting your booking fee. A new booking fee will be charged for the new appointment date if not given 48h notice, this pays for the time that was set aside for you and your appointment.
– Appointments can be rescheduled until 48h prior, after that will be considered last minute cancellation. If your appointment is a 6-8 weeks follow up it will be forfeited since we are not able to fill the spot with another client. Your 6-8 weeks touch up will need to be rescheduled at www.smarttouchskinsolutions.as.me as a regular procedure (not free).
– No show or last minute cancellation will have $50 fee charge in your next visit.
– Rescheduling will be allowed 3 times in your lifetime records only.
– In case of Gift Certificates (procedure paid in full previously) or free follow up (touch up) appointment, the same rules will be applied. No shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will require a new rescheduling including no-refundable booking fee as well.

- – Due to the fact that every individual heals differently and pre-existing conditions vary from one person to another, we try to do our best and provide the best service and all the products needed (1 free kit per person only to be used in all treatments, if lost a second kit will be charged) for a safe and successful healing process: 50% is our work, 50% depends on how the client follow post procedure care instructions given. Procedures, forfeited treatments and booking fee are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.
- – Clients must come to the facility by themselves, no guests, children or relatives will be allowed in the treatment room.
- – All procedures require preparation. In case of lips, client is 100% responsible for profilaxis treatment in case of previous cold sores/fever blisters. In case of eyeliner, no lash growth serums can be applied in the lash line for at least 6 months. In case of eyebrows, no previous chemical peels, anti-aging creams or retin-A in the area for at least 4 months. None of the procedures above can be performed on sun burned skin, with rashes, eczema, dermatitis or any other skin conditions.
Keep in mind that we are here to serve you, this is business but behind it there is a person fighting hard to keep the doors opened.
