Pre Procedure Care

Pre Procedure Care => Very Important:

Avoid sun exposure/tanning bed prior to your appointment for at least 2 weeks.

1. Stop with all blood thinners medication, vitamins and supplements, over the counter pain pills like Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Aspirin, fish oil or for 1 week. If you take blood thinners or baby Aspirin every day please ask your doctor if you can take at least 3 days break before booking your appointment.

2. No alcohol the night before the procedure.

3. No caffeine the day you are coming to the office. That includes not just coffee, but also energy drinks and sodas.

4. Take a benadryl if possible (not mandatory but it helps a lot to control the excess local bleeding for eyeliner and eyebrows) the night prior to the procedure.

5. Have a light Breakfast/ Lunch, don´t skip meals the day you are coming to our studio.

6. Stay hydrated and try to stick to your regular routine.
