Our mission is to help and provide affordable treatments for people in need. Cancer survivors are top priority: it is very rewarding to make people feel better about themselves. Fill the form below if you think you may be a good fit, You may be eligible for a partial or total pro bono opportunity. What we do is give part of our revenue back to the community, helping people to feel whole, restored and alive again! Contact us to know if you qualify!

How to Apply for Pro Bono Assistance
If you believe you may qualify for our Pro Bono Program, please follow these steps:
- Download the Pro Bono Application Form below and complete all required sections.
- Complete the contact form, briefly explaining your circumstances, why you are requesting pro bono assistance, and why you believe you may be a good fit for the program.
- Attach your completed application to the contact form before submitting it.
- Please include any supporting documentation requested in the application like photos, doctor´s note and supporting documentation.
Because pro bono appointments are limited, all applications are carefully reviewed and the information provided may be verified when appropriate. The program is intended for individuals who genuinely meet the eligibility criteria and have a demonstrated need for assistance.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
Applications are reviewed individually, and only qualified applicants will be contacted regarding the next steps.
